Our Story
Chaparral Brewing Co. is a small-batch craft brewery rooted in the Southern California hill country. We started with a few friends, a shared love of West Coast IPAs, and a stubborn belief that good beer comes from patience, not shortcuts.
Every batch is brewed in our own backyard — literally. Our hops grow on a fence line behind the brewhouse; our yeast cultures live in jars on a shelf next to the kettle. We pour what's ready when it's ready, never on a schedule, and only enough to keep the taps interesting.
People find us a few different ways — some know us as Chaparral Brewing Company, some just as Chaparral Brewing. Same brewery, same taps, same hills.
